Prism Events provides specialist lighting and technical hire for outdoor events, working in natural and built environments across the Highlands, Moray, Lochaber and Aberdeenshire.
Our outdoor work includes immersive woodland lighting installations, illuminated event trails, and feature lighting for buildings, gardens, and landscapes. We take a considered approach to each site, designing lighting solutions that enhance the environment while accounting for access, weather, power distribution, and safety requirements.

Tasked with providing all the production elements associated with large scale exclusive outdoor events for the venue guests.
Technical Solution
Pre event planning (site visit, pre event design, site plan, power plan) installation (lighting, effects, sound, generators and power distribution) on-site management and operation.

OBAN WINTER FESTIVAL
We have been working alongside the team at Oban Winter Festival for over 4 years now, providing design and technical solutions for their world-renowned winter festival with artistic and interactive elements to elevate the visitors experience.
A big part of the festival is community involvement, and this grows year on year.
Technical Solution
Creative lighting, architectural lighting, synchronised sound and storytelling, interactive elements, image projections, generators and power distribution.
We provided pre-event planning and design through to install and on-site management.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTING
We provide festive exterior lighting for town centres, community spaces, venues, and events throughout December, helping create welcoming, atmospheric displays for visitors and local communities to enjoy.
Technical Solution
Pre-event planning and site visits, exterior lighting design, outdoor PAR lighting, fairy lights, architectural lighting, power distribution, installation, on-site support, and safe de-rig following the festive period.
